The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission organized a written examination for the recruitment of 7304 Group 4 posts on 24th July 2022. Over 18 lakh candidates took part in the exam and are now eagerly awaiting the announcement of the result.
The officials have not yet confirmed the date for the release of the result, but it is widely believed that it will be announced in the final week of March 2023.

TNPSC Group 4 Cut Off 2023
The application process for the 7304 Group 4 posts was conducted from 30th March to 28th April 2022, with a total of 22,02,942 candidates registering. Out of these, 18,36,535 candidates appeared for the written exam, which comprised 200 questions carrying a total of 300 marks from different sections.
Candidates should note that the cut off marks are likely to be influenced by the number of candidates and vacancies for a particular category.
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has officially confirmed that the TNPSC Group 4 Exam result, along with the cut off marks, will be released in offline mode by the last week of March 2023.
Aspirants should be aware that the expected cut off marks for General category candidates could be between 193 to 197, 207 to 211, and 189 to 192 for the posts of Village Administrative Officer, Typist, and Steno-Typist, respectively.

Candidates who appeared in written exam for the Group 4 posts on 24 July 2023 need to know that selection process consists two stages: Written Exam and Document Verification, candidates who clear stage will be called for second, and result is going to be released as merit list, only those aspirants are going to be shortlisted in the TN Group 4 Merit List 2023 whose score in the written exam will be more or equal to cut off marks.
